Why are Hypnotic Solutions so effective ?
Can you really hypnotise me?
By creating direct access to the most powerful part of the mind, the subconscious, you can teach your subconscious mind to automatically act in the ways that best suit your goals, rather than relying on poor habits that you've built up over the years. When you align what you consciously desire with your subconscious motivations...stopping smoking, losing weight or attaining almost anything has never been easier!
Can everyone be hypnotised ?
Yes. Have you ever been driving a familiar route home and suddenly arrived at your destination without remembering the last few minutes of the drive?
This is one example of our subconscious mind taking over the routine details of life. Our subconscious mind handles most of our day to day activities. That is the subconscious mind's job - to handle the details of life, while our conscious mind handles the more important needs. Most clients are amazed at how quickly they accomplish their desired results. Unlike traditional therapies, Hypnotherapy is able to help you reach your goals without going through years of self-exploration.
What is your subconscious/unconscious mind ?
The subconscious/unconscious mind is where we store all our beliefs, values and it controls our bodily functions. Our conscious mind is the critical factor. It judges, critiques, approves or disapproves of what gets stored in the subconscious mind. The conscious makes mistakes and can send back unhelpful/unproductive values and beliefs for the subconscious. This bad information becomes part of our repetition of life. It becomes part of who we are.
Stopping smoking, losing weight or almost anything can appear to be impossible to some people because the habit invariably returns unless the internal changes are also made, along with the actual habit itself.
About habits and addictions
All habits or addictions are behavioural programs which run within the computer of our subconscious mind, exactly the same way as a computer runs software - and this means that until the inner behaviour is changed, the habit will continue to return. This is why no matter how hard we consciously try to stop the habit, the behaviour remains lying dormant within, quietly waiting for the right time to come back again.
This is why the will power approach is notoriously unreliable, as the habit usually returns sometimes even years later. Luckily, when any habit is addressed right at the very source of its programming - at the subsconscious level - it can be removed from your life remarkably easily.
Simply by deleting the habit right at its control centre, our mental circuits literally become re-wired so we no longer crave the source of our addiction and suddenly a powerful new desire to become healthier begins to grow stronger and stronger inside us with each new day.
Yes, this is the only sure way to ensure that the habit never returns - by removing it forever from your mind and body.
